Experiencing Faroese culture would be incomplete without trying the local cuisine. Here is a unique Faroese feast for true gourmets. The menu features dishes based on traditional recipes that have been satisfying island palates for hundreds of years. The table will not be short of classic fish soup, a range of appetizers, mutton and Atlantic fish. Also to try is dried grindwal meat, whale fat - spik, dried fish - turrurfiskur and fermented mutton skerpikjøt (for the brave!).

An integral part of the tasting is the opportunity to taste beers from local breweries and akvavit vodka. The dinner culminates with a dessert of local rhubarb accompanied by coffee and tea. A shared feast is also an ideal opportunity to ask questions about life in the Faroe Islands and see Faroese garb up close. You are invited!
